this is a lovely illustration. i really like all the patterns and designs on the balloon, and the pretty, slightly scribbly effect. did you do this directly with ink? i would never have the courage. *_*;;

Everything was done with ink except for the shape of the balloon. Because, for some reason, I can't draw egg shapes. :/
