When I saw the Usagi Yojimbo parody on "Nightmares and Daydreams", I HAD to draw this. HAD TO.

Because not only is Usagi Yojimbo awesome, but so are Momo and Appa. And I don't nearly have enough love of them in my gallery. Appa was REALLY hard to get down. No wonder I don't have more of him! ;_;

I don't have a problem with canon, non-canon, straight, gay or any other of that nonsense. I have a problem with incest but as long as it isn't real life & it is drawn well I will pretend that they're not related for the sake of a job well done. Love wins

:XD: I had the same thought! Though I don't think it was supposed to be specifically referencing Usagi. One, if that were the case, they would have had Momo's ears done up in his topknot. Two, Momo seemed to be portraying the stereotypical "scruffy" ronin, which Usagi doesn't quite fit.

Doesn't stop the episode, or your drawing, from being awesome! :D
