I'll be going on a week vacation to Regions Without Internets in a few days, so all of you be on your best behavior (because you know we can't count on ME to do it) while I'm gone, and I'll be penciling out stuff to have ready to color and post when I get back.

Stuff to look forward to:
~ Watchmen Meet The Joker pages
~ TRV
~ ReBoot stuffs
~ And, uh, I dunno, some Avatar gagstrips n' shit.

As for the Avatar teaser trailer, I saw it, and I think it looks really, REALLY pretty. Of course, looks say nothing about substance, BUT OH MY GOD LOOK AT AANG AND THE TEMPLE AND THE FIRE NATION SHIPS! See here: [link] this movie fails at everything else, it will at the very least be a beautiful visual experience. AND THEN MAYBE WE CAN GET A GODDAMN ART BOOK FINALLY! >_<

Hey, a lot of my manga series are finishing up, and I need some new ones. Got some you can recommend? ? I tend to like manimes like Berserk and Blade of the Immortal and such, so if you know any in that vein, shout it out!

Got the first 12 volumes. MUST READ MOOORE, although the "must get stronger" theme has been beaten dead...X_X

Yes but at least Vagabond puts a more philosophical twist on it. :D Musashi trying to escape "the endless spiral of killing" and Matahachi's struggle with his lying makes it so much more than a "must get stronger" story. And FFFFFFFF I love Kojiro.

I love Matahatchi's story, I think his is more hilarious and poignant than many of the others. And name someone who DOESN'T love Kojiro! X3

Zombie loan and Ouran are both pretty good, but I can't base it off your preferences cause I've never heard of either Berserk or Blade of the Immortal (but that last one sounds interesting, I might check it out). Zombie Loan (or Z-loan) is essentiallly about zombie hunters and ouran is very funny and has intresting situations (I normallly like manga (and books, for that matter) for their charachters, and i'm not sure what you like, but I like them, so I'll reccomend them) You can probably find descriptions of Z-loan and ouran online, if you want.

Mmm... you can try Claymore. At first it seems Berserk with girls with big swords and no personality, but after it gets better. I like it, at least. It's not a masterpiece, but it's fine.

"Lone wolf and cub" and "Vagabond" are pretty famous. I haven't read them, but they look good.

Samurai Champloo is good. Fucking good. But only the anime. The manga is... acceptable, but nothing compared to the anime.

"Basilisk: Kouga Ninpo Chou", or "the manga where Naruto would last aproximately... three seconds". Those are real ninjas, dammit.

Vindland Saga. Vikings, do I have to say more?

Black Lagoon. More guns that blades, but fucking awesome anyway.

With violence and deaths, but more shonen, you can try Psyren and Deadman Wonderland.

With no deaths and not a lot of violence(until volume 15 or so), Negima (don't be fooled by the 4-6 first volumes. After that "love hina hangover" start, it gets very, very interesting, and not for the nudes, but for the fights, the magic, and the big number of great characters.

Comedies, Ouran Host Club, Skip Beath, 1/2 Prince...

I will stop now.

The trailer impressed me. I also have to admit to liking the redesigned Airbender tattoo.
